| Background | GPR183 (EBI2 / G protein-coupled receptor 183) is a G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) primarily expressed in B cells, T cells, and dendritic cells. It couples to Gi proteins, inhibiting adenylyl cyclase and modulating intracellular cAMP. GPR183 regulates immune cell migration, positioning within lymphoid tissues, and adaptive immune responses.
