Background	Somatostatin acts at many sites to inhibit the release of many hormones and other secretory proteins. The biologic effects of somatostatin are probably mediated by a family of G protein-coupled receptors that are expressed in a tissue-specific manner. Figure 1. Elisa plates were pre-coated with N-His, C-Strep Tag SSTR2 cell-free-Detergent (0.5μg/per well). Serial diluted anti-SSTR2 antibody (BME100127) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-SSTR2 antibody binding with SSTR2 cell-free-Detergent is 4.448 ng/mL.
