G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) represent the most predominant targets for the drug development. Despite the significance, drug discovery against GPCRs is challenging due to the low abundance and intrinsic nature of GPCR proteins. In this Webinar, Dr. Ma will elucidate the technical details on DIMA’s membrane protein (DiMProTM), single B IgG cloning (DimAb®) and antibody humanization (DiLibraryTM) platforms. He will also showcase how DIMA used these platforms to develop an anti-GPRC5D CAR construct with superior performance in pre-clinical evaluation for potential MM treatment.
Topics covered include:
- How to produce active GPCR proteins from HEK293 cells?
- Use single B IgG cloning system for the monoclonal antibody production.
- Get high quality CAR construct for pre-clinical studies.
