Serial diluted anti-GPRC5D monoclonal antibody (DME100090) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-GPRC5D monoclonal antibody binding with GPRC5D exosomes is 41.99ng/ml.
